My experience with Carter's has been fantastic! We recently had a number of things done including installation of a soaking tub. Mark did a great job assessing the job and had great customer service throughout! Joe and team went above and beyond with the work, he and Ryan stayed late at our house on a Friday evening to get the job done. It was impressive. I had a wonderful experience with Carters! I have used many plumbing companies in the part, with not great experiences. Joe was very prompt and when he came he asked what I needed. He explained he would take a look at all of my concerns and let me know that he would give me a price before he started any of the projects. He explained what would need to happen and asked if I was okay with that and the price. Joe completed the projects in a very timely fashion and cleaned up afterwards

Carter’s is now MY Plumber! They were very responsive and gave me multiple quotes because I couldn’t make up my mind. The technician Joe was great! He did an absolute amazing job and explained everything thoroughly to me as I was a nervous wreck that it wasn’t going to be perfect because we have spent a LOT of money on the kitchen remodel. Wes was awesome! I found Carter’s My Plumber on Google and submitted a request online a little before they opened. It took the dispatcher no time at all to give me a call and make my appointment for date that worked well for us. When Wes came out, he was genuine, quick to assess our needs, and we felt like he was being honest in his assessment. We have not had the work done yet with the company, but my husband and I can appreciate the service we’ve experienced so far!
